Tea of Grace

An ode to the floral full moon brew that took me on an intimate 2 week journey into my spine… 

It was of course under the full moon rising that my floral longing truly began to bloom.. A longing i hadn’t experienced to this depth before… nope it wasn’t “another layer” it was the same longing a caterpillar has when instinct kicks in and they realize they need to begin to sew a chrysalis.. But this longing didn’t just come with the beginning of 1 chrysalis, it came with millions, maybe billions.. A crystalis for every waterdroplet in my body.. 

This longing grew deeper as the full moon rose in her radiance.. I wondered “woah what is this this is deeper than i can even put to words…” and then immediately felt a synergy of plant allies gently calling from the kitchen.. 

my heart began to flutter as i walked to my herbal cabinet to make a pot of herbal love… 

Upon my arrival, i knew immediately that the longing was not just merely me.. I was simultaneously feeling, remembering and reconnecting to the mystical longing that plants also have for humans.. 

A longing to come into union with us.. A longing to teach, assist, support at various stages of our lives… 

My entire being melted in love to feel this deeply how the soon to be brewed floral moon tea would fill me with their earthly floral love..

A moon brew, they told me to do.. Do not drink until we have come into union with the full moon… 

Patiently waiting, i wondered what on Earth would this synergy of plants be like together.. The 2 week journey had already began.. Little did I know.. 

I dont normally brew together 4 different herbs.. I normally work in individually with herbs or once i really get to know the plants, i work in 3s and 5s.. So this was already mysterious to me, but they made it known that the 5th ingredient had to be the moon.. Of course how didn’t i think of that  before i wondered as i laughed out loud.. 

Alas my first sip, & immediately the voices of 4 elegant plants began to sing praise to the waters within… 

Weaving together their intelligence with the wisdom of the silver queen becoming a floral moon serenity.. 

As i sit under the moon with a council of plants, I realize wow… their synergy has come to align my spine.. 

Not your typical chiropractic adjustment… a spinal alignment that came from the ancient feminine wisdom of 4 plant mamas & one grandma moon… an alignment to truth. the wisdom of central channel, sushumna.

each droplet of brew encoded with equal parts divine structure & fluid harmony creating a resonance of eternal grace from within..

Mmm you may be wondering, but who are these elegant plants that together awaken eternal grace from within? That sounds realllllllly delicious and fabulous… 

Though i would loveeee to tell you, i lost the recipe.. LOL the teachings of non attachment

ok just kidding.. I just remembered 3 of the 4 plants (lol nothing ever truly lost when water is involved)..so i’ll give you a short version of the recipe.. 

***PS i am not advising you in anyway to drink these plants, im not a doctor, nor am i certified herbalist, just a woman of earth who loves plants

In my experience these plants infused with love and moonbeams, brought balance to the feminine waters:: (Ida nadi channel)

spinal/ovary/heart/hips recipe to bring delicious fluidity to the spine and inner waters (lymphatic system).. (you do not have to have ovaries to receive the infinite gifts of this simple plant blend.. Just a set of hips, a spine, heart & brain longing for an ancient soothing feminine vibration.. Like gentle humms of grace

1 part raspberry leaf

1 part damiana

1 pt mugwort

Full moon rays of grandmas love <3 

A sprinkle of great aunties laughter from above.. & golden sparkles

 Anyways.. Back to the blog that’s ultimately about Grace.. 

it was on this day, June 2 2023, (yes a year ago lol forgot to share this blog) as the full moon grew full, that Grace washed over my life in a way that I had been praying for.. 1 year later im still trying to figure out what exactly happened under this full moon. 

What this plant synergy showed me is that Grace has also been calling me… i just got to fully feel the immersive all encompassing nature of plants vibrating the waters within as the teacher and vessel for Grace to really be felt… to meet Grace under the moon in a circle of plants laughing sweet tunes.. 

Grace is a crystaline waterfall that runs down and through the spine.. Bringing the mind into coherence with the heart in beautiful time. 

liquifying nourishing the joints bones and muscles. 

Grace is a frequency we just k n o w. If someone was like “what do you sense about Grace” 

(vibrationally) the most typical response i get is peoples bodies and nervous systems actually relax.. Before they even speak words.. Vibration is sensory, it is felt in the body… words arent needed to tune into Grace and receive the medicine of this frequency & neither are plants but they sure can help.

Grace is palpable, felt in the body, and when we say the word or connect with the frequency of grace, space and opportunity open for everything to settle in a cozy blanket of crystalline support. notice, just notice when you breathe in grace, what happens? grace is a universal code of relaxation, a drink of universal feminine medicine for the nervous system. breathe that in..

What if we became friends with Grace as a frequency, and could call on this friend whenever needed?
