this is not herbal advise, i am not an herbalist, just an human who cares deeply for the plants of Gaia.
*I invite great care around wild crafting. It's always suggested to ask permission from the land, and the plant and ensure permission is given as to remain in harmony. Many plants are limited in areas, so in this case its best to grown our own to work with them :)
Rose
the highest vibrational flower

Rose is the plant and flower of the mother. She is the mother. the unconditionally loving mother. nourisher of hearts. her beauty and fragrance can change any one’s day. just like most flowers, the rose is ever giving. present at many ceremonies of celebration.. ceremonies of union, and ceremonies of death. her love and vibration radiates through the collective in a way that is unexplainable, yet connects our hearts in ways that words cannot.
Rose carries the highest vibration of the feminine. Thank you beloved Rose, for always reminding me that my prayers flower petal by petal. This balm of a slow bloom a sacred solace of beauty. When I give rose petals an offering back to Mother Earth, I feel I am giving her back, through reciprocity, the unconditional love she has given me since I took my first breath here. when I give roses back to Gaia as a gift & offering, I feel I am giving back nourishment to the heart of Mother Earth, and reconnecting my heart to hers, in a deep and sacred bond, re-union, & re-membering.
Lavender
the one who helps us remember

Lavender carries a vibration of love that no other plant does. A love rooted on tranquility & peace. She has woven her way through the collective conscious creating an etheric temple of peace that is accessible at any moment. When praying for peace, tranquility, & ease, I always choose lavender.

“In ancient times, bundles of dried lavender were given to women in labor for squeezing during contractions as the fragrance released was known to calm pain and facilitates an unencumbered birth.”

May the lavender flowers I offer plant seeds of ease & tranquility as we collectively birth the new earth that is emerging from within & without. May the scent of lavender flowers nourish & bring much joy to the little elemental beings all around.

Many people coorelete the scent of lavender to “the smell of their grandma..” I love this so much because there is a certain unspoken gift of grandmothers love that lavender carries… so from the love of all the grandmothers that came before us, may we offer this lavender in each offering we give.
i've found deep love & solace through creating relationship relationship with & learning about the plants/herbs that grow around me, as well as those native to my ancestral lands. this has helped me open connection to my ancestral roots & in very beautiful ways.
